The house, swimming pool and tropical garden are in carefully maintained condition. The beach in front of the house is secluded. There you can experience breathtaking sunsets. The owners of the house, Jacky and Nes, have been the best hosts we have ever had in our life, they were friendly, helpful and looked after us in an exemplary manner. Every wish was fulfilled immediately. We can highly recommend the accommodation. Das Haus, der Swimming Pool und der tropische Garten befinden sich in einem sorgsam gepflegten Zustand. Der Strand vor dem Haus ist einsam gelegen. Dort kann man atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge erleben. Die Eigentümer des Hauses, Jacky und Nes, sind die besten Gastgeber gewesen, die wir jeweils in unserem Leben hatten, sie waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben vorbildlich für uns gesorgt. Jeder Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt. Wir können die Unterkunft bestens empfehlen.

This was a perfect little villa to relax for a few days in Phuket! The pool and outside area was amazing and super relaxing. There was a sound system you could plug your music into. The bedroom cooled down quickly at night with the AC and fans. Plenty of sheets, towels, etc… Thierry was an amazing host! He was there to greet us the second we arrived, and was super flexible on the arrival time as well as departure! He gave us the grand tour, gave us recommendations, and made himself available via WhatsApp anytime we needed him. There was even a time when the electricity went out, which ended up being our fault, as opposed to a rolling, blackout that is fairly common, and he came straight to the property to assist us in using the breaker box. He went above and beyond as the property owner, and was very grateful for that. The inside shower pressure could’ve been better, but there was also an outside one that worked really well so not much to complain there… as that is really the only negative thing I could point out. Everything else was great!

The villa is exquisite! Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. There was nothing more that we could have wanted. Our hostess, Zhanna was gracious and made every effort to make us feel at home. Outstanding!

We LOVED staying here! Highlights: - Fast and easy walk to the beach. - THE BEACH! There were hardly any people there, it's very natural, and it's got a beautiful forest right behind it. Walk a little ways through the trees and there are a bunch of vendors with some awesome food and souvenirs. - The pool was always clean and the kids especially had a blast swimming. - There's a super nice woman who lives on-site and you can pay for her to cook and buy groceries for you. OMG her cooking was crazy good. My favorite was the sweet sticky mango rice, and also the curries, pad Thai, and everything fried! She also cleaned and even did our laundry, and when we left she gave us a bunch of bananas that she'd picked right there on the property (they were delicious!). And don't get me started on the mangoes, just thinking about them makes me want to go back right now. I really appreciated that she gave us our space/privacy as well. - Awesome view, it was so relaxing to just chill by the pool and look out at the jungle. - The property is gorgeous with tons of different plants and flowers. - Mark also got us in touch with someone to pick us up from the airport and we ended up getting a couple rides from them and even renting a car for a day. They were awesome. - The area has so much to explore and see, especially if you like more quiet and natural surroundings. I think the forest by the beach is a national park? - Mark communicated a lot with us before our stay and gave us tons of information. Even while we were there he checked in to make sure everything was good. Cons: - Be careful with young kids. We had a couple scares with ours, just because there are some balconies with large gaps in the railing and long drops to the ground. A baby could easily fall through. Also the pool doesn't have a gate or anything around it, so be super careful with non-swimmers. There was some printed information inside the house that actually warned that it wasn't built for children, but I don't remember seeing that in the listing. Anyways, we still loved it but we had to keep a close eye on the kids. - I wished there were at least a couple of windows or doors with screens so we could get a breeze at night without the bugs. All in all, it was a great stay and we would definitely come back!

I and my family had the best stay ever! Right from the beginning to the end, we had the best services one can ask for. The house, hose keeper and maid were all top class. Definitely we will be back soon. My kids didn't want to leave again. Once again, thanks for hosting us! Ola

Spent a weekend for my wife's birthday, relaxing time. Khun Boat and Gobb were fantastic! We also got to bring our dog with us, so the whole pack was together. Great food by Khun Gobb!

The apartment-style guest rooms were very spacious and family friendly. There is also working kitchen provided with utensils. There was a washing machine as well! The location is great - very close to the airport. They also provided with free pickup from the airport, which was super helpful given that it was very late at night and it was our first time visit to the country. Check out was easy as well. Quick repsonse via whatsapp messages. Lots of amenities walking distance from the hotel. Very safe and comfortable place
