Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 509 is a Silver Tier top floor, two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 5th-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 509 offers a full size, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one KING in the main bedroom and two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities and a tub shower combo in both bathrooms. 509 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). 509 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

Definitely was not our favorite spot. The property location was wonderful. The condo itself was also great however the codes only worked part of the time including locking everyone onto the beach for a full day unless we hopped the large fence. The elevator was absolutely ridiculous. 1 elevator for that entire condo , SLOW elevator, for that entire place made you stand for a long while. 1 out of 3 tvs worked in condo and I squished 3 thumb sized cockroaches 2 at the front ground floor and 1 on the 5th. Beautiful location definitely needs updating for the price we paid.

We appreciate you sharing those details. Sand Dollar is a beachfront condominium community with one elevator serving the building, so we understand that waits can be longer during busy periods. The access codes are provided in the arrival information, and we’ll share your comments with the team so the entry instructions can be reviewed for clarity. As for the insects mentioned, occasional palmetto bugs can occur in Florida’s coastal environment, but we understand how unsettling that can be on the grounds of the property. We appreciate your feedback and hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity to provide a more enjoyable Gulf Coast stay.
