Dreaming of beachside bliss with shimming coastal waters and warm breezes? Beach Palms 406 invites you to get away from the every day where the accommodations are as enjoyable as the destination. This vacation gem with a private balcony overflows with comfort and seaside ambiance. Nestled in the charming Indian Shores community, vacation seekers are treated to a holiday with a relaxed and happy environment to unwind, relax, and enjoy. Additionally, this complex offers guests a series of incredible amenities that include a heated outdoor pool, pool deck, and charcoal grills.



Admire award-winning views of the Gulf from your exquisite private balcony furnished with an outdoor dining area. Inside, the open floor plan boasts a spacious living area featuring two full-size couches and tasteful, stylish upscale furnishings. The fully equipped cheerful kitchen has all major appliances and the dining area has enough space for six. The main suite hosts a king bed and an en suite full bathroom while the guest bedroom has two double beds.



Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. It is laden with Florida charm and fiery sunsets and its assortment of shops and restaurants help visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US, and the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park.



Things to Know

From January 2nd - around January 12th, direct access to the beach from the building will be unavailable during daytime working hours. Direct beach access will be available before and after daytime working hours. During daytime working hours, beach access is still available south of the nearby seabird sanctuary.

WONDERFUL!!

This was the best condo we’ve ever stayed at (and we have stayed at quite a few condos)! Some of the best features include the STUNNING view from the balcony AND bedroom windows, spaciousness of the condo, comfortable beds and setup, quiet property, pristine pool, and this unit had everything we needed from a knife to cut our watermelon, to beach chairs and umbrellas for use! Simply - we WILL stay here again!

Great Trip

We had a wonderful time in Indian Shores. The condo was very nice and the building is in a great location. The beach was awesome. Weather was great. The check in process was a bit confusing, but after a few minutes it all made sense.

Beautiful Views and large Patio

Great location, beautiful views of the ocean with morning coffee or evening beverages. Saw lots of dolphins right in front of us, great beach not to crowded. Could use a large beaxh blanket or towel to put down, had some older lounge beach chairs and an umbrella...a few sand toys...it was nice to have coffee in the cabinets and extra cleaning supplies and toliet paper. Definitely coming again, just love thia area..

Short beach retreat

My husband two daughters and I stayed for two nights at this beach rental. Great location and beach. The condo was as listed. Loved being able to use the beach chairs and umbrella provided. A pizza pan would be a great addition in the kitchen!

Beautiful condo!

This condo was so beautiful, spacious and clean. We only had a little trouble turning the bathtub on and off and the keycode did not work for the front door. We would def stay here again.

Several damages, POOR communication

The property at first appeared lovely. The view from the balcony was wonderful and the layout of the condo was nice. Unfortunately, several damages were noted and shared with the property managers beginning right after check-in. Damages included broken dishwasher, dining room light, bathtub (no running water at all), sliding door curtain rod (couldn’t close curtains), master bathroom mirror, and defective door key. The property manager offered to send someone to repair ONLY the dishwasher on our LAST day and has been unresponsive to our request for a partial refund for almost three weeks now. We will never rent a property utilizing Vacasa again, which is a shame since we visit FL yearly and were hoping to find a regular vacation condo.

Nice stay

We had a little hiccup with the door code at check in but it was resolved within 30 min w/ constant communication. Beautiful view, spacious condo with alot of little extras. It was nice to have beach chairs and coolers in the closet to use. A note for wheelchair users. The bathroom door in the main bedroom is too narrow to fit through. The other bedroom and bathroom just fits. You can move freely throughout the kitchen and living room.

Stunning view.

We had a great time here. The view overlooking the beach was spectacular. We plan to book this condo in the future. Parking was a little tight for people who drive big trucks.

Lovely unit and great location

The unit was well decorated and well stocked with kitchen and beach supplies. The balcony, right gulffront, was a great place to spend mornings and evenings. Afternoon sun makes it too hot for a couple of hours. The property is very well maintained including pool areas. Plenty of loungers but NO umbrellas to give any shade.

Great View. Clean condo and quiet beach.

We truly enjoyed our short stay. Pros: Very well equipped (owner thought of everything throughout the condo.. well except a crockpot haha), very clean and maintained, spacious for us 4, very secure, and quiet condo. Elevator. Beds are VERY comfortable. Slept like a baby and fell asleep quickly. Clean beaches, clear water, nice locals, and walking distance to the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary (a must see). Dolphins swimming by twice a day. Beautiful sunsets. A variety of birds. If ever in the area, I would definitely stay in 406 again. Cons: Pool closes at dusk. One bath towel per guest is a little frustrating. But they are luxurious thick soft ones. With the great security comes with a lot of different keys to keep up with. Elevator key, stair key ?, gate key and a keyless code for door and lockbox. It would of been more convenient to have a few cabinets or the pantry empty for groceries. Like I said it's a fully stocked kitchen (minus spices or cooking oil of course). Trust me, the pros outweigh the cons. It's a very nice location to rent. Loved it!

Very spacious but super hot

The room was very spacious and well stocked for our stay. It had a beautiful view and nice furniture. However, we were unable to get a few of the light switches to work so the ceiling fan in the living room or kitchen couldn’t be turned on. The air conditioning couldn’t be set below 73 degrees which is fine, but the room stayed much warmer than 73 and was very stuffy the entire stay. I can’t imagine how hot it much be in the summer. When we went to get in bed the very first night, there was sand in the sheets of the bed which made me think that the linens had not been changed. Otherwise, we had a really nice stay but I believe for the price, it could have been better.

Beautiful Gulf View

My husband and I visited this lovely gulf front condo for 3 nights,. Day one of our stay was relaxing and lovely and a wonderful escape from the cold North. The sunsets were beautiful and the dolphins and pelicans and variety of birds were a delight. Unfortunately, on our second full day and departure day our quiet, peaceful, serene stay abruptly changed. At 10 AM the stay included constant ear piercing noise/ drilling and hammering in the unit directly above. We could not stay in the unit to relax or work related to the unbearable constant noise. We would have appreciated notification so we could have re arranged our schedule/stay. We are happy to share real time videos of how loud and constant the noise was at your request.
