Fabulous property. Walking distance to the Sunshine Coast Stadium which is what we needed. The pool & steamroller a highlight! The only annoyance was the collection & drop off of keys for the apartment was 20mins away & we didn't have a car. Appreciated they arranged for us to meet up with cleaner on check in but would be great if there was a lock box or something to ease that stress.

The apartment was tastefully decorated, very clean and nicey presented. There were useful basic supplies in the pantry. It was handy to have access to a washing machine and outside area for drying when stayjng for several days. Unfortunately the check-in and check-out process isn't clearly specified on booking so I was surprised to learn on the day we arrived that we needed to travel to Caloundra to pick up keys and drop off there at check out, that was quite inconvenient and a locked box at the property would have been more convenient. The property location is good, near restaurants and the beach and easy access to attractions around the Sunshine Coast although the description of the property should state that its on the back of the block and at street level and car park level. People frequently walk by which makes the balcony less private and less usable. There is also light pollution into bedrooms from two carparks so.pack aan eye mask. The apartment is small and while it was sufficient for two people it may be a squeeze for 4 adults.

Generally a nice place to stay. A short walk to Bokarina beach and a nice walking path north/south along the beach. Ground floor small apartment with windows facing south, so not much direct sunlight during winter months. Clothes washing machine but no clothes dryer. Key pick up on arrival was not convenient as you need to drive 15 minutes further south to get the keys. You may also be required to do this on check out so this needs to be factored in to consideration. There is some early morning noise from garbage collection which may concern a non-early riser. The gym is very small and does not have any weight machines - just free weights. I don’t believe the pool is heated. It was too cold to swim in during our visit, but is is a reasonable length ( 19 metres). There are a few places to eat in close walking distance. The nearest supermarket is a ten minute drive away.
