Enter the front door into an open floor plan living. The comfortable living room seats six.
There is a smart TV in this room There is a fireplace but not for tenants use.

The dining room which has seating for 6 is next to the living room and opens to a nice deck.
The deck has a patio table with an umbrella and a gas grill.

The open kitchen has all that you need for your cooking your meals. It back door opens to a bright sun room
reading or just relaxing.

Venture down the hall to a nice newly renovated bathroom.

There are also three bedrooms on this level. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other two bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each room.

The lower level has a ping pong and foosball table and dart board, and also laundry area in basement.

Games available and surf boards, as well as outdoor shower.

A short distance from the house is Chapaquoit Grille on Route 28A,
Stop in for a great pizza or a nice meal.

Just past the restaurant there is access to the Shining Sea Bike Path and Black Beach.
If you head North on 28A you will come to the West Falmouth Market.
It is not just a grocery store. It has delicious deli sandwiches, pizza, a butcher shop and great baked goods.
Across the street is a wonderful ice cream shop.

If you head east on Brick Kiln Road which is at the end of the road from the house you will come to the High School
which has a track,for walking and running and tennis courts.

Downtown Falmouth is just about 3 miles from the house with lots of shops and restaurants.

Falmouth Harbor is about 4 miles away with ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Fishing trips.

Falmouth has something for everyone.
