Bring the whole family to this charming retreat in West Falmouth! Bike or walk to the bike path, Eulinda's ice cream, W. Falmouth Market, and beaches. The main house dates back to the late 1800s and exudes all the charm you'd expect from an antique home combined with the comforts of modern life. Savor your morning coffee or watch the sunset from the enclosed, wrap-around porch. Enjoy nature with outdoor dining and playing lawn games. A detached cottage offers more space to get away from it all!
The space
This property includes a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom main house AND a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom detached cottage.

Both structures combined comfortably sleep 10. There is an additional twin cot and pull-out futon that could sleep additional guests.

There is a patio with a grill and table and chairs that connect the back of the main house to the cottage for a relaxing place for the family to gather.

MAIN HOUSE: The first floor includes a living room with vaulted ceilings, full bath with tub and washer and dryer, kitchen, dining room, a small half bath tucked under the staircase, and the primary bedroom with a king sized bed. The second floor offers a bedroom with twin bunk beds and a double bed, a full bathroom with stand up shower, an additional bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a small nook off the hallway with a loveseat that pulls out into a twin futon.

Please note:
1) No fireplaces are functioning for wood burning, but enjoy the flameless candles in the fireplace openings to add ambience to your stay.
2) There are a couple of places on the 1st floor of the main house that are slightly uneven and creak like an 1800s house will do, including a small step down near the fireplace and from the living room into the kitchen. PLEASE WATCH YOUR STEP AND ENJOY THE CHARM OF OUR 1800s HOUSE!
3) Our lawn is scheduled for mowing on Tuesdays. We have requested they do not arrive before 9 am. This is subject to change with weather.

DETACHED COTTAGE: Cozy cottage with a double bed, full bath with stand up shower, desk and chair. This is the location of the dedicated workspace.

There is ample parking with 5 spots allotted to the rental of the main house and the cottage. Plenty of space for a boat trailer with a town ramp 0.7 miles away.
Guest access
There are 3 units on the property. Currently, the the main house and guest cottage are available to rent. The main house and the cottage are connected by a patio which is shared between the 2 units.

The property is 3/4 of an acre with plenty of space to run and play.

If needed, you may have access to the storage shed to house your bikes, kayaks, and other summer gear.

There is a shared driveway and parking area with a neighboring cottage but plenty of parking for all!

Other things to note:
There is a Smart TV connected via Wifi and Xfinity Flex Streaming. Guests must provide their own app logins.

The main house and cottage are not rented separately.
