Welcome to Serenity on the Green, a stylish and spacious holiday home located in the peaceful surrounds of Sussex Inlet on the NSW South Coast. Perfectly positioned along the golf course, this beautiful property offers sweeping views of the fairway and a tranquil backdrop of natural bushland — an idyllic setting for your next family getaway. With 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, this home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families. From the moment you enter through the welcoming foyer and hallway, you’ll feel right at home.
Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon and Wifi are available.
- Garage Access is Available (driveway & street parking available too)
- No smoking inside the house
- No Pets allowed.
Each bedroom has been styled with coastal-inspired furnishings and fresh bedding to create a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The Master Bedroom features a private ensuite for added comfort and convenience. Both bathrooms are light-filled and contemporary, designed to enhance your stay. For moments of relaxation, retreat to the media room, complete with a plush lounge and large Smart TV — perfect for movie nights after a day at the beach or exploring.
Towards the back of the home, you’ll find the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas — the heart of the house. The modern kitchen includes a breakfast bar, coffee machine, dishwasher, and butler’s pantry, providing everything you need. The generous dining table sets the scene for family meals, while the living area looks out over the back patio, fully fenced yard, and lush golf course beyond.
Indoor-outdoor living is effortless here, with large glass doors that open onto the covered patio, where you’ll find outdoor seating and BBQ facilities – perfect for afternoon drinks or a summer BBQ.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
