The Sandbar

Our property has been lovingly set up to ensure you feel at home. Relax in one of two separate living areas or sit on the covered front patios and watch the world go by. Keep warm and enjoy the serenity of an outdoor fireplace, and cook up a storm in the outdoor kitchen and alfresco area.

Bring the whole family and enjoy peace of mind, with a fully fenced yard for your children and pets.

Take a 300m flat walk to the lake for a dip or a paddle. Stroll to the down the beautiful beach or explore Green Island. For the lovers of water, there are 3 public boat ramps close by and there is ample space to secure your boats or jet-ski's within the property.

Don't want to cook? Wander 100m to Mar & Dars Cafe and grab a coffee, breakfast or lunch. Call the Lake Conjola Bowling Club courtesy bus and enjoy the culinary delights and refreshments available. While you're there, enquire about a game of barefoot bowls. The general store, take away and bottle shop are all within walking and riding distance.

Most of all enjoy our beautiful, peaceful part of the world and create lasting memories with family and friends.

This has to be the cleanest property we’ve stayed at! Everything was as described, the house was perfect, close to everything. The area is wonderful, with many activities to do and plenty of wildlife to see day and night. Only recommendation, some basic staples in the pantry.

Excellent accommodation

Beautiful property in a great location. The home has everything you could need and accomodates all ages. The owner was amazing to deal with and the house was very clean with comfortable beds. The home was easiĺy big enough for 10 people with plenty of room that you're not on top of eachother. I would happily stay there again.

Lovely family get away - even with rain!

The house was lovely, very clean and comfortable. Lots of sitting areas and comfy beds. Unfortunately the weather was dreadful, but we managed to entertain ourselves as we brought games, and could log into our streaming services for movie days. Even though it was raining we could still sit out on the front deck and read. Beach was a 5min walk away and it is a great beach for running and walking. Had the weather been nice for longer, the lake is perfect for SUPing. We had our dog with us and you can head south on the beach. Yard is fully fenced too. Lots of kangaroos and wallabies around at all times. First time in Lake Conjola and will be back for sure. People are friendly, good feed at the local Bowlo and just 15 mins away from Milton and 20 from Ulladulla- particularly useful for the vet trip when your dog decides to swallow blue bottles on the beach! We rate the Milton Vet!Highly recommend has everything you need, lovely fluffy towels, mini toiletries, and all you can think of in the kitchen, oh and bikes too!Lake Conjola did have some flooding but we were fine and Daniel rang to check on us which was nice.

Excellent stay

It’s a very spacious property, great for dogs. The house has everything you need like fishing rods, bikes, tennis rackets, etc. It’s a great location, impossible to get bored.

Family Holiday

Had a lovely stay at the Sandbar owner so accommodating to our needs and easy to communicate with. House was set up lovely with all your everyday needs the addition of linen and towels was lovely and a great washer dryer made it easy. Very comfy beds and two lounge areas made it great for the younger ones. Would love to come stay again. Beautiful spot.

Great location, family friendly, beach house vibes!

We had a great stay at The Sandbar over Christmas and NYE! Perfect for our extended family group, walking distance to the lake, large backyard for the kids to play soccer & backyard cricket. House was clean and as described, beds comfy! Garage is stocked with various backyard games and bikes for guests to use. Mar & Dars cafe down the road is great for a coffee. Host was very responsive, we had a small issue with one of the fridges not working and it was replaced promptly, despite public holiday closures etc. Thank you Daniel and family for having us stay and for the lovely Christmas decorations set up at the property for our stay!

Great house, great location

Had an awesome stay at The Sandbar. The house was roomy, with a renovated bathroom and adequate kitchen facilities to cook if required. Its location was close to the lake, beach and bowling club. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Perfection

AAAAA plus for this stay. An older style weekender oozing charm and cosiness. Air con kept us lovely and warm.Beautiful new bathrooms, comfort plus beds, fluffy towels cleaned to within an inch of its life. Perfect position next to coffee shop, general store and lake. The weather was woeful but the accommodation made up for it!!! Don't miss this one if you are coming to the Lake The amenities for summer time are fantastic, bbq and outdoor fire
