A charming rarity, set in beautiful tropical gardens with glimpses of rock wallabies and bush stone curlews a plenty. The room was spacious, super clean and very comfortable. A large guest swimming pool was an extra bonus, too. Communication with the host was great. The accommodation was accessible by an easy walk during the day or a 2 minute trip on the local bus day or night, which runs on a regular timetable.

No extra bedding and only a sheet on the bed to sleep under, tv remote didn't work properly. Bathroom floor was very slippery, minimal crockery, Bed was very comfy. Access to what we needed was great. No screens door so unable to leave door open.Overall felt a little dated.

Thank you for your review and for highlighting the comfortable bed and convenient location. We appreciate all guest feedback and are sorry to hear some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We would like to note that additional blankets were provided in the cupboard for guest use during your stay. Which you did use. As we are located in Tropical North Queensland, our bedding is generally prepared to suit the warm climate experienced for much of the year. We also appreciate your comments regarding the TV remote, crockery, and the overall presentation of the unit, and we will take these into consideration as we continue to improve our guests' experience. Thank you again for staying with us, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.
