An early Post Office & Phone Exchange this stunning property has a lovely rural outlook 10 minutes from Invercargill.
This large turn of the century villa has been extensively renovated with a spacious & modern interior.
The house offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen & dining area. Plenty of room to relax in the lounge or separate sunroom & outdoors there are several spaces to entertain.
This property is ideal for couples, a family holiday, group getaway or a work retreat.
The house has 3 large heat pumps and underfloor heating in the main bathroom.
There are several areas indoors and outdoors for spending quality time with friends and family.
With 3 large bedrooms and 1 bunk room the house can accommodate up to 7 guests. Beds are comfortable and warm and all beds have fitted electric blankets.
The property is surrounded by farmland and at 'milking time' the large dairy herd next door can be seen coming and going from the 'cowshed'.
Laundry facilities can be used at no extra cost.
Guests can access all areas of the main house and any areas marked 'Private' are not to be used.
There is a wall unit in the hallway with a 'book exchange' where guests are welcome to take books or leave their read books.
Board games are also on the hallway unit.
Guest parking area at front of house, additional parking and mobility parking area at back of house.
