Outside, enjoy a spacious lawn and private patio complete with a propane BBQ and outdoor dining area—perfect for summer meals. In the evening, gather around the firepit for stories and s’mores under the stars.

Inside, you’ll find a cozy living room with a split unit for both heating and cooling, plus a mix of comfy seating and a relaxed vibe for reading, planning adventures, or simply unwinding. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. Adjacent to the dining room is a seating area for six and a high chair for little ones.

The home includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a laundry room with a washer/dryer. The primary bedroom features an ensuite with dual sinks and a tub/shower combo. The guest bathroom also includes a tub/shower and double vanity.
