Great property in Greenville close to downtown. We were in town to visit family in Woodruff and wanted to have a kitchen to prep our meals. We only eat healthy. We loved the new modern kitchen and smart television.

In town to attend Fall for Greenville and visit with family and friends. This was perfect for our needs. It was private, close to downtown, and had outdoor space. The house was well stocked and was as pictured. We would definitely stay here again.

Spent 4 days hiking and biking around Greenville and Brevard. Unit is well appointed with modern amenities. Very quiet area with easy access to downtown and highway interchanges.

Reception Weekend

This VRBO is our Favorite!! This was our second time staying here. This time we were in town for our son's Wedding Reception after they had the ceremony in their home state of NH. 20 Brookdale is perfect for my husband and I; The perfect size, everything that we would want and is ALWAYS Clean!! The cottage location is on a quiet street that is just off a main road that gives easy access to downtown Greenville or any number of other directions to take advantage of all that makes up the Greenville area. We will always look to stay here in future visits to our son and daughter-in-law.

Great cottage!

We had a wonderful time at the cottage on Brookdale. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Greenville is a great city and we’d love to go back soon and stay in this cottage. Bed was great. Bathroom was modern and clean (loved the shower) and nice open floor plan with just enough space for a couple. We were even welcomed with a snack basket! Thanks for making us feel at home.

Very clean, had all starter supplies which saved on grocery shopping and was very cozy. Comfy king sized bed, luxury sheets and wonderful decor! Really enjoyed our stay!

Vacation Visit

This Cottage was Perfect for my husband and I. We were in Greenville to visit our son for a week. It is the perfect size for a couple; plenty of space to stay comfortably. Very Clean and comfortable. The location was only 5 minutes away from our son's apartment downtown, and had easy access to the main road in order to go to all the locations that we wanted. We will definitely book this cottage again in future visits to Greenville! Lovely, lovely cottage.

The property is super cute and spotless. The bed and bedding were really comfy. The washer and dryer were great to have use of. The owners were also easy to get in touch with and very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay on short notice. Stay here. You will love it!

The cutest cottage ever !!

Very conveniently located! Immaculate!! I’m very Impressed with the renovations. It was one of the most well appointed rentals I’ve ever stayed in. My husband and I had a great visit with a friend that lives in Greenville. The bed was comfortable and the neighborhood quiet . I would definitely recommend it for a single person or couple staying in Greenville for a few days as we enjoyed it very much.
