Great location and good times

Great location and good times with family. Short walk to the beach and to the stores. Great firework shows every night. The negative was the pool got closed down for half the stay.

life on the ocean

This was a good location to the beach. cosy and convenient to everything. House was a little dated but still a nice place. the owner Stewart was kind and accommodating.

Family Friends Getaway

The property was in a perfect location and was so comfortable for the 5 of us that stayed ! The home being right next a pool was such a nice feature and we had a great time. The home was also so close to the beach and just walking distance from the pier which was so nice! Had a great stay and Stewart gave us great specific directions !

Great Place

We loved the place and location! Our family enjoyed our week stay! We had an issue with the front door knob, contacted the owner and he was out to the property in a couple hours and had it fixed the next day! Our family was very pleased and highly recommend staying there! Thank You!

8/24/22 Hi Ryan: Thank you for your kind words! Today, I removed the torn and frayed screen in second bedroom, cleaned window and seal and rearranged the 2 twin beds to face windows. Great view of pool and Ocean from 2nd bedroom. Steam cleaned carpets. Looks like a new bigger room now:). I also piped the HVAC water discharge under house to the sand on south side of house. Week at the beach....

Overall a great experience. The communication with the owner and check in were smooth and easy. House is a perfect beach house and in a great location. It is a little older and could use some tlc but everyrhing was clean and functional. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice 0lace to stay.

Owner values repeat business!

We have stayed at Sealavie several times and the stay is always enjoyable. This house is great and just a short walk across the street to the beach. Close to many great restaurants and in a quiet section of Garden City Beach. Stewart definitely appreciates repeat renters. Thanks again Stewart for being so easy to work with, you have become a great friend over the years.
