It's in a prime location less then 1 mile from the beach! Property was in a nice gated community, centrally located to everything(beach, food stores, entertainment). Community was quiet. Appreciated the use of the golf cart however it could use a bit of maintenance. The powered lock for the front door lost power, there was a house key provided for use. House was very clean and had a very good supply of items for use in the kitchen. Would recommend this house for anyone wanting to get away and relax.

The house was well appointed and clean. Appliances were nice and kitchen was well stocked with basics (with exception to a knife block). The home has an updated sectional sleeper sofa not shown in the listing. The golf cart was also clean but very very slow and lost battery power quickly. If you plan to ride around or use the cart for more than 1 trip to the beach or the pool you may want to rent one from the community. The community itself is quiet and everyone was friendly with multiple entry gates with pass access. The community has designated beach parking next to conch cafe with shower and bathroom that is also a huge plus when you go to the beach. We come to Myrtle once a year and have stayed at a variety of rental homes/condos/hotels and this home was by far our favorite rental house. You can tell Rob and Kiley put a lot of care and thought into making it comfortable and clean and communication from them was top notch. I loved that they had cork coasters for the coffee table. We will absolutely book again if available.

Surfside Beach Bliss

Let me start with a quick overall view...this was by far the best beach rental we've ever stayed in for a good price...and we've stayed in quite a few over the years.For the actual review, due to limited characters, I'm going to shorthand to try to fit everything in...Parking for 3 cars.Tons of storage space in garage for beach gear.Golf cart was awesome...just push hard to get the Drive/Reverse lever to kick in. Plenty of cart parking at the beach.Tons of nice beach chairs to use, you really don't need to bring any.House was gorgeous and well-stocked. We took a couple of sets of towels, but didn't really need them. TP, soap, paper towels were there when we got in, so don't worry about rushing out. Lots of beach towels to use. Kitchen was well-stocked with pots/pans/dishes.Beds were a little firm, but we slept great.A/C was great, we like it cold at night and wasn't a problem despite being near 80 at night.TONS of storage in the house for bags/bins/etc.Full size washer/dryer worked great.Outside privacy shower was huge to get sand off the kids before going in the house.Tons of eating/seating space in living area.Couch wasn't very comfortable (pullout), but we hardly sat on it.No Keurig, so need to bring your own if you prefer that.Recommend to buy a 2nd access card for 30 if you have 2 cars.Owners were amazingly responsive to any question.Tons to do in Surfside area, definitely do marsh walk if you can.We can't wait to rent here again!!!

Upon our arrival we were provided a notebook with an outline of the home and where to find things for our convenience. The home was immaculate and well stacked with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were roomy. The living room area was spacious and provided more than enough room for our family of 6. Our 2 small grandchildren loved being able to run and play throughout the house. Televisions were in nearly every room providing everyone a chance to view their own shows. The kitchen was spacious with a wonderful bar to eat at. It also had a washer and dryer to wash and dry clothes throughout the stay. One of the perks we enjoyed was the golf cart. It provided transportation around the village and to the beach. The grandchildren loved it!Thank you Kiley for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Beautiful Home

The Host are excellent and the home is perfect. We had 3 couples on our stay. The location is in a quiet safe and friendly gated community. The Host were very very fast to respond to any questions. Check in at the guard shack (gate) took about 30sec. I will definitely be booking with again.

Great vacation

We spent a month in this beautiful home in OSV. Kylie was a perfect hostess and was quick to reply to my texts. The home has everything that you would need except for an iron so we bought a small one for our use. Having the use of the golf cart made going to the beach and pool so much fun. It is a perfect community. Great restaurants in the area. Close to everything. We have already booked for next year

Great Stay

My husband and loved this house and location. The host provided so much for our stay. High end appliances were a plus; although I didn't cook much. Golf cart was a bonus. The master bed was so comfortable. Our only negative was the living room sofa was not that comfortable; but it would not keep us from booking again. Kiley was wonderful to work with. Thank you again for sharing your house with us.

Nice stay

The house was a nice place to stay. Quiet community, convenient location and decently maintained. Check in could have been smoother as the main gate didn’t have our info upon our arrival and it took us an extra 30 minutes to get situated. The dryer unit should be updated due to the sand build up in vent, along with some mold growth on the rubber liner- I would have mentioned to host but they had sign up regarding the door staying open when not in use so they obviously can see the mold- but overall it was nice! Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay in this house very much. The microwave quit working half way thru our visit but I let the homeowner know and we worked around for the remainder of the stay. Would definitely stay at this location again if the dates worked out.

Plenty of space!

We loved this rancher! There was so much space inside and out. We enjoyed the golf cart, and the large driveway allowed us to rent a few more carts for our family of 8. This is perfect if you have a family member who struggles with stairs, as we did. The walk in shower in the master bedroom was very helpful. The house had everything we needed and comfortable beds. It is on a quieter, wider street which we liked. Short ride to the beach. We would definitely rent again.

Perfect rental!

This property was perfect for my family of 6! It was very close to the beach, and the use of the golf cart really set this house apart from other rentals I researched. There is a private lot for this community to park at the beach which was SO helpful! Checking in was extremely easy, the house was clean and had everything we needed including towels, beach chairs, kitchen supplies, and more! We would absolutely book again and can’t wait to come back! Don’t hesitate, book this rental!

Great experience

We had a lovely experience in this super comfy home. The pool and beach access were as expected with lot's of great people watching and helpful residents while navigating to the pool and private beach access parking. We had a couple of small snafus i.e. garage door wasn't working automatically when we arrived. The owners were quick to respond and extremely helpful in fixing the problem lickety split. The appliances were great! The gas grill was super easy to operate. The owners provided the best beach chairs. toys, an umbrella (that was super smart and simple!), and corn hole! This is a well taken care of home with comfortable furniture, awesome fridge and ice maker, top of the line washer/ dryer, stove, oven and microwave PLUS an electric tea kettle! The pools were super fun and the entire property was beautiful. It's an easy gold cart ride to the grocery store across the street and close enough to the stip while being just far enough for peaceful nights. The beach wasn't overcrowded and rental umbrella w/ chairs was right in front of the private parking area for golf carts (plus super friendly Life Guards!). It's very close to Murell's Inlet where seafood and live music are everywhere. THe Marshwalk was super cool too. Thank you for a great experience! I highly recommend this property.

Excellent property

What a lovely house. I am such a clean freak and let me tell you this was the cleanest place we have stayed at with Vrbo! Lovely and spacious house. All the amnenities. Comfortable beds, large bedrooms, spacious family room. Golf cart a huge bonus. Excellent communication. Close beach access and tennis courts big plus for us. Lovely neighbors. Would recommend and hope to stay here in the future. Lots of good restaurants around as well.

Family time, fun

This property was amazing for my family.This is the first big family vacation we've taken altogether. And this house fit our needs perfectly! Communication with owners was awesome! We were about. Five slash ten minutes from the beach which is the reason we went down there, And the house was provided with a golf cart which helped tremendously. The house was clean, large enough for our whole family, and close to everything needed.We couldn't have asked for a better house :)
