Different rhythms coexist easily — children at play, adults at rest — with enough space for everyone to feel settled and at ease. The home adapts easily to the way guests choose to spend their time.
Pine Hollow offers a rare balance of comfort, privacy, and ease. Tucked into the trees, the home feels intentionally removed from the pace of everyday life while remaining an ideal base for shared experiences.
The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and is thoughtfully arranged to support shared living as well as personal space. Interiors feel warm and lived-in rather than styled, encouraging relaxation and ease from the moment you arrive.
The Space

Pocono Pines is known for its wooded landscapes, lakes, and access to year-round outdoor recreation. The area offers a relaxed, residential atmosphere while remaining close to many of the Poconos’ most popular activities.

Guests can enjoy nearby hiking and nature trails, lake activities, and scenic drives throughout the region. Seasonal offerings include skiing and snow sports in the winter, golfing and boating in warmer months, and vibrant fall foliage in autumn. Local dining ranges from casual cafés to well-known Pocono restaurants, with additional shopping and attractions a short drive away.

The location also provides convenient access to regional highlights such as state parks, outdoor adventure centers, and family-friendly attractions, making it a versatile base for both active days out and slower, nature-focused stays.
Community Amenities (Lake Naomi)
Use of community amenities is managed by the Lake Naomi Club and is subject to their availability and policies.
Access is guaranteed only for stays of 21 nights or more between Memorial Day and Labor Day
Guests staying more than 7 nights may be eligible to access Lake Naomi beaches, pools, and community amenities, subject to pass availability

Availability is limited, and guests are encouraged to inquire prior to booking

If passes are available:
Guests are responsible for contacting the Lake Naomi office
Any associated fees are paid directly by the guest
Passes must be picked up by the guest
Guests staying fewer than 7 nights will not have access to lake amenities
- Dogs are welcome for a fee of $50 per pet/per day.
Please inform us at the time of booking if you will be bringing a dog.

House Rules:
No parties or events – Let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key.
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy!
Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away.
Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along.
Age Requirement:
Guests must be 25 years or older.

Fee Schedule:
$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 for excessive noise.
$500 for smoking.
$500 for breaking any house rules.
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.

We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
