This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is on the front porch and faces toward the front door. Camera 2 is on the deck facing the backyard. Camera 3 is located in the garage. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and audio when activated by motion- NOTE: This property runs on a septic system- NOTE: Temporary memberships for the community amenities are only available for stays that are 1 week or longer for an additional fee paid and registered at least 48 hours prior to arrival, otherwise, there is a $50 expedited processing fee. All temporary memberships run from Saturday to Saturday. Guests will need to fill out the registration form and upload photos for badges- we require the primary guest to be 25 years.
