Beautiful VRBO Premier Partner Designation and 5 Star Property is in the B building, across from main pool and a 5 min walk across from Kihei's favorite beach. 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, over- sized unit with many high quality, unique upgrades rarely found in a vacation rental: sea turtles inlaid in the porcelain tile flooring, beautiful mulberry flooring leading to and in the upstairs master bedroom, NEW Mohawk carpet, Nov 2023, in living/dining room, downstairs bedroom, stairs to master, three lanai's, solid cherry wood cabinets and granite counters throughout, travertine shower walls with a rain shower head, glass shower door etched by a local artist ... too many to list. 1,275 sq ft with lanai gives amply room for the complete family.

You will enjoy the ocean view and dramatic sunsets from the over-sized lanai . There are two smaller lanai's off both bedrooms for more private intimate moments. Queen beds in both bedrooms, queen sofa sleeper and a queen and twin self inflating mattress.

Split mini AC units in living room and loft master bedroom, window AC unit in second bedroom. Washer/dryer in condo. Many beach amenities including chairs, umbrella, cooler pack, beach towels.

Just across from Kamaole III Beach with its expansive green lawn, glittering sand and snorkeling and the Heritage trail which ambles along the coast to the beaches of Wailea - (an approximate 10 minute walk )

Ideal location is minutes to Kihei & Wailea shopping, restaurants and world class golf courses.

The condo was very nice and just as described in the listing. It was very quiet with no noise from the pool or neighbors. We like this complex and this unit and would gladly stay here again.

Celebrating my sister in laws 70th birthday we had a blast! Would highly recommend it, very close to the water and walking availability for food! Lisa communicated very quickly when I asked questions.

Perfect Maui Oasis

We loved this condo for our family vacation on Maui. Proximity to beach was great; short walk across the street. Also appreciated the short walk into town for shops and restaurants. Pools were very nice, clean and warm water. Beds were comfortable; extra pillows and ample amount of beach towels.

Great place in a great location

The condo is in great location - walking distance from Kamaole beach (one of the best in my opinion) and walking distance from restaurants. It’s a corner unit which is a huge plus.The condo has everything you may need for a great vacation - beach chairs, towels, children’s toys; lots of kitchen appliances and kitchen necessities.Clean and comfortable; the complex itself is also well-maintained, with many outside grills if you want to grill something. Beautiful pool - our children enjoyed it tremendously.Overall, highly recommend!!!

Great stay!

Had a great time, the condo was clean, had all of the amenities we needed and it’s location was perfect. Just a short walk to the beach and the lower pool, only suggestion would be to consider some new beach chairs but otherwise everything was great!

Great stay at the unit at Maui Kamaole. Everything was clean and worked well. Lots of space for all 5 of us on vacation. Only thing would be to provide basics like sugar, oil (one in condo was bad) would be helpful but not a must have. Would stay again for sure!

Perfect Maui Kamaole condo

We loved the condo and the grounds. The patio was fabulous for relaxing and bird watching. Peekaboo view of the ocean as well. The kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels. The host responded to messages right away and the booking process was easy. We will definitely come back! Mahalo for a great trip!

Very clean and organized

The place is very clean, and every item that you would need on a family vacation is there, from chairs, coolers, rice cooker! Very close to the beach, restaurant and other shops. The unit is at the end of kihea and borderline to Wailea which means you get the peace and quiet neighborhood away from the busy touristy area. Highly recommended, and will definitely rent this again in the future!

Perfect vacation

The property was exactly as pictured. Close to the beaches and plenty of food options. I have never stayed in a place that was so well appointed with everything from beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and cooler. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and supplies. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were beautifully decorated. Communication with Jen was easy and fast through the app. I would highly recommend this location.

Excellent location!

Lisa's place is conveniently located, and have most of items that you might need during your vacation, such as pool noodles, beach toys, sunscreens, extra blankets and fans. Some review said it would be nice to have better beach chairs, and I agree that a few might need to be replaced. However, we appreciated the fact that having an option to use them during our stay! Lisa communicated with us promptly and ensured that we had everything we needed. The place was clean, quite, and spacious. Highly recommend her place, especially for family!

Maui retreat

The unit was very spacious with all the “extras” we needed (beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels, etc.). The beds were comfortable and the air mattresses were good quality. The beach within walking distance was lovely and we were even joined by a couple sea turtles one day. Owner is very prompt with communication and takes great care of the property. The lanai was a nice bonus to enjoy the outside drinking coffee. We did not spend a lot of time at the pool because we were doing other things but it's location to the unit is very close and it was not crowded the one evening we spent there.

Loves the property!

We loved it here! Great property, awesome location, warm community. Check-in was simple. All necessities were provided (sunscreen, beach toys, towels, etc). The one head’s up I’d give them a to use Google Maps, opposed to Siri) in driving to the property. Siri got confused. Bottom line, great lace to stay. Would 100% stay here again… just don’t use Siri. Ha!

My family and I have always loved our vacations to Maui over the past 16 years, love getting away from the rainy PNW, and Maui Kamaole has been a special place, quiet, walking distance to great beaches, shops, restaurants, and Wailea. Owned a 1 br unit several years ago, but always wanted an updated larger 2 br unit for extended family visits, with an ocean view! Just purchased this popular vacation condo with 5 star reviews in 2020.

Looking forward to sharing our beautiful "home away from home" with our guests!
