Any damage will need to be paid for via Airbnb.

Upon departure - Take your Rubbish out & place it in the Bins Outside in the Carpark.


If Smoking is detected there is a $200 fee.

Additional Cleaning will be charged if the property is not left in the same state it was presented to you in.
