Cozy home on a quiet street just off the main street in West Asheville. The kit hen is newly remodeled with butcher block counters, induction stovetop, and brand new appliances. The bathroom is also newly rennovated. There is a fenced in backyard with stone fire pit. Multiple off the street parking spaces as well as more free street parking. The unfished basement has a kit of storage space. It is walkable to many restuarants, breweries, shops, live music, and bars. This is an ecclectic and charming part of town, not crowded with tourists, but with many great places to visit /eat at

We ended up having to abandon and stay somewhere else.The host never gave check-in instructions. We got a message saying there was a lockbox but not where it was or the combo. We eventually found it but we're never able to open it without the combo. Luckily the side door was unlocked so we eventually found a way in.Unfortunately it was too dirty to stay there. There was confusing instructions for feeding two dogs but we didn't find any dogs though they clearly lived there. The floor and most surfaces were covered in thick layer of dirt/dust/fur. The sink still had food in it. The spare bedroom looked like someone just rolled out of bed but we couldn't find clean sheets. And the fold out couch advertised wasn't usable. It had piles of dirt and dog fur in it and there weren't any sheets.
