New luxury home Originally a 3 bedroom 2 bath is versatile with the 3rd bedroom now a private den with luxury sleeper sofa. This home is located in one of Asheville’s most desirable and popular neighborhoods. It’s tucked back and quiet yet you can walk to Asheville‘s, finest restaurants, breweries, pubs, and shops.

This gorgeous home has a professional style kitchen with gas range and hood all stainless steel appliances. The living room has an Italian leather sleeper sofa, 65 inch flatscreen TV and large fireplace.

Also enjoy sitting on the rocking chair front porch or relax on the back veranda which has a dining table with seating for 6, and a natural gas grill so you can enjoy dining alfresco. The landscaped yard is fully fenced.

The master en suite bedroom has a king bed with luxury linens and 50 inch flatscreen TV and connects to a beautifully modern master bathroom. The bathroom boasts a freestanding tub as well as separate tiled shower. It also has a double vanity and separate private toilet room.

Bedroom 2 is beautifully appointed with a split king bed, and luxury cotton linens. It has a 42 inch flatscreen TV. For versatility, the room can be set up as two separate twin beds upon request.
Bedroom 3 has a queen sleeper with luxury linens and a 50 inch flatscreen. It’s a private versatile room that can be a den or bedroom, and bed can be made up in advance upon request

These rooms are served by a second bathroom which is beautiful and modern with a custom, floating vanity and has an oversized shower/tub.

Towels, linens, paper products, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer, iron and ironing board, drip coffee maker, Nespresso, toaster, microwave, some general cleaning products, cooking utensils, dishes a few basic spices. are included.

There is also a new washer and dryer, Reliable 500 Mbps WiFi

The garage was converted and is not available for use at the moment, and is occupied by a young lady who was displaced by Hurricane Helene. The city of Asheville requires a permanent resident at any short term rental in the city limits. Will update photos soon.

Incredibly relaxing and beautiful stay. We enjoyed how spotless the house is. The kitchen had all the necessities to make our stay seamless. This was a very beautiful and clean piece of property. The layout of the house was perfect. Very large kitchen. Space dining space living room space. The neighborhood was quiet, but had a lot going on within the local area. The master bathroom was immaculate. I would definitely stay here again or recommend anyone to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! We walked to dinner two nights and also walked with our kiddos to the all you can play arcade. The location was amazing! The owner was extremely responsive and check in and out was a breeze! I highly recommend staying here if you’re in Asheville- great host, great house, great location!!

I wish I knew how to give 6 stars. The place is better than the pictures. Our typical experience is that VRBOs look good in the pictures but not as good in-person. This was the opposite. There is a ton of light. It is well laid out and furnished, and everything is first class. We all agreed that we will stay there when we are back in Asheville. My daughter is already planning a trip there with friends. Mitch is an awesome host. His info about the area was spot on and very helpful. And, he was incredibly responsive. Thank you!

Arrived for a wedding and slightly bummed that we couldn't enjoy the house for more hours. The house was well appointed, beds were comfortable with pillows that were actually worth resting your head on. VERY clean. You all know that hold your breath moment when you first walk into the unknown property rental....immediately knew it was a great choice. It's quiet and while we didn't make any meals, it would have anything you need to do so. This was more of a home than a rental. There are TV's, but no channels.....I wasn't there to watch TV :)

This is the nicest place - beyond clean, very beautiful, in a great location, so comfortable. We never want to leave. It has a fenced in area for pets that is incredibly convenient.

We found the house to be good value for the money. Clean and spacious. The online photos need updating to reflect the garage being converted. The surrounding area wasn’t really are vibe, way to many homeless to feel comfortable walking around.

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. So clean and comfortable. Walking distance to a grocery store and some great restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A short drive to downtown and 15-20 minutes also from great hiking, tubing down the river and antique malls. We would most definitely stay here again if we travel back to Asheville.

The place is really lovely just as described and very clean. The fenced backyard was a bonus for our dog. It was very quiet and surrounded by green. It is convenient to west Asheville with many good restaurants within walking distance. It’s a short 15 min drive to downtown and the phenomenal Tops shoe store! Hiking was so wonderful and we got in a few hours on different trails daily. The host, Mitch, could not have been more responsive and helpful in every way. He provided a comprehensive dining and hiking list. We ate out each night and had great breakfasts at Early Girl, Sunny Point and Simple for smoothies. The only places the home misses a little is it’s not well stocked with kitchen stuff, just the minimum of dishes, cutlery and glasses (no condiments or blender, which we missed) All a good reminder to eat out & support the town! All in all this is rental was a favorite especially with a dog.

Perfect! Lovely, clean, no skimping!

BEAUTIFUL home with great common spaces and bedrooms! Rainfall shower head and deep free standing tub in bathroom off primary suite. Comfortable beds, lots of trees give feeling of privacy while still walkable coffee shops and restaurants. Sitting on the deck or the front porch and listening to the birds was a treat. And the provided consumables (toilet paper, shower gels, shampoos and conditioners, dish and laundry detergents) are good quality and plentiful for a longer stay. We all loved it and will be back! Mitch, the owner, was very responsive to any questions throughout our stay.

Perfect Spot

This place is a W. Asheville gem. Perfect location to walk to so many great bars, restaurants, shops, etc. And great location if you want to drive downtown or visit the River Arts District. Can't recommend this place enough. Communication with the host is outstanding. The house is beautiful and has a great master bathroom if you want to pamper yourself a bit. I hope to stay here again soon.
