Good house, great location, some beds need updating.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Large house with great balconies, undercover back entertaining area and fenced back yard. House clean except for barbecue which was filthy! Very comfy lounge and dining area, and kitchen good. Two beds upstairs were comfy, the third (double bed under single bunk) was very small due to extra mattress on top - more like a three quarter bed than a double. And bed in downstairs bedroom sunk in the middle giving those sleepers back problems. Didn't use beds in downstairs games area, so can't comment on those. Thus, at least 50% of the beds need updating. Location fantastic - not hemmed in, and due to the house being at right angles to the sea, the front verandah was quite protected even when very windy out the back. Enjoyed our stay.
