Professionally managed by William at Frangista Beach Properties. Having been designated as both a Superhost and Premier Host, our team works hard to deliver an awesome guest stay. From the moment you walk through the door, you should find a sparkling clean home with generous amenities and beach gear for a true “welcome home” experience. If you need assistance, our team is quick to respond to your needs. We are proud of our deep roots in the Destin area having provided hospitality since 1976.

All reservations will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with Frangista Beach Properties within 48 hours of receipt.

***Please note the elevator in this building will be non operational Oct 5-26, 2026 due to maintenance***

Awesome location and calm and cool stay

The property is near by beach and have a private access of the beach, pool and spa. It has near by premium shopping outlets and various restaurants. It was great stay over all.

Beautiful beach trip! Owner was so accommodating with all our needs! Highly recommend this rental for a great beach trip!!! Beds were super comfortable, great big comfy couch to relax at night. Fast walk to the beach!
