Experience peaceful waterfront living just minutes from downtown Vancouver. Our unique boat shed float home — with a real boat slip inside — sits right on the water at Mosquito Creek Marina, North Vancouver.

The entire living quarters of the boatshed, including the rooftop patio is available for use. The boatslip is not accessible. It is leased by another individual and accessed by an external access door.

There are exterior cameras monitoring the front entrance, rooftop patio and side entrance to the slip.

Surrounded by ocean and mountains, yet only a 7-minute walk to restaurants, cafés, Lonsdale Quay Market, and the SeaBus.

Wake to harbour views, sip coffee on the rooftop patio as seals swim past, and watch the Vancouver skyline glow at sunset.

What makes this property unique

Float homes gently move with the tides — most guests find it wonderfully calming. During storms or king tides there is more noticeable movement; if you are sensitive to motion, please keep this in mind.

Living on the water, feeling the sway of the tides, enjoying a 360degree view of mountains and skyline while being so very close to downtown North Vancouver and Vancouver is truly special.
