However, we are located less than 5 minutes from the Starlight Theater and the Kansas City Zoo. 12 minutes from the Royals and Arrow Head Stadium. 9 minutes away from the TMobil Center. 9 minutes from shopping and fine dining on the Plaza. 11 minutes from the Westport Entertainment District and 10 minutes from the Power & Light District. I do understand your concern. Unfortunately, as Hosts we have no control over the surrounding area, yet the property was property lit and secured by RING, as it is for all our guests. Other guests did not feel the same and left favorable reviews.

This was not a home in the city. This is not a good neighborhood for someone visiting from out of town. There is not close access to safe gas stations. Frequent police emergency calls in the neighborhood during the night and gun shots. The home is cute and due images we'll it is just an extremely uncomfortable location.

Jeremy this house is in the heart of the City and you were advised it was. You and your guest stayed the night. Of course U explained the commotion you heard was propaganda an isolated incident. This property is 10 minutes away from Starlight Theatre/The KC Zoo & the Plaza area, which are all in the City of Kansas City, MO. We have had numerous guests give us a 10/10 and they thanked me for advising the property was in the City rather than the Suburbs. Your rating is untrue. The property is greatly decorated, equipped with guest amenities and safety features.

Everything we needed was so close by! No it was not exactly what I expected the neighborhood to be, but the host was very upfront about it not being a suburb and in the city. The house felt secure and well lit. The view off the back deck we called “the zoo” We could relax out there and enjoy watching the birds and squirrels.

My property is Called the Jazzy Charmer beause of course KC is known for it's Jazz History (18th & Vine). I have unique pieces of Wall Art, Literature & table ornaments that Exhobit my Love for Jazz.
