Escape to slow island lifestyle just steps away from one of the best beaches on the island, renowned for its incredible snorkeling. This house is perfect for families or groups up to 6 People; Babies are welcome free of charge seeking a relaxing getaway with adventure at your doorstep. FREE unlimited Starlink WIFI and filtered drinking water and ice available. We also provide daily housekeeping so you can enjoy your holiday.

KEY FEATURES:
- Comfortable Bedrooms, the home features two cozy bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a third bedroom with two long single beds. Each room comes equipped with a wardrobe to unpack into. Ceiling fans and Air cons available in all bedrooms along with insect screen windows & doors.
The two Queen bedrooms have their own big sliding door for access to the outside dining area with a view of the pool.

- Bathroom: Enjoy the modern gold finishing bathroom with a double vanity with two round LED mirrors. The Shower consists with a rain shower head.
The room also has a skylight to give you that nice natural light.

- Outdoor living: Enjoy the tropical island lifestyle in our large, fenced backyard with a secured gate/door, complete with a BBQ with concrete bench and sink. A concrete island bench is perfect for those that like to sit on bar stools while you're cooking away under the rooftop of the BBQ in front of the pool. Or relax by the pool on the sunbeds.

Everything we hoped for and more!We recently stayed here as a family of six adults and couldn't have asked for a better place to base ourselves in Rarotonga. The home was exceptionally clean, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, giving everyone plenty of room to relax while also providing great spaces for us to spend quality time together.The outdoor area was a real highlight. We made full use of the pool, BBQ, outdoor dining area, and the kayaks and snorkelling gear. The location was fantastic, with the lagoon perfect for swimming and long walks just across the road. Handy to bars and restaurants.What truly set this property apart was the exceptional service from our host. From the moment we booked until after we arrived home, her communication was warm, prompt, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, sharing local recommendations, keeping us informed about island events, and making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Her attention to detail and commitment to providing a memorable experience was outstanding.Everything was immaculately presented, well maintained, and exactly as described. We would highly recommend this property to families or groups looking for a relaxing, private, and well-appointed home away from home. It exceeded our expectations in every way and was a huge part of making our Rarotonga holiday so special

Amazing Home and Host-don't go past this one!If you are a party of 6 or less-this is the one for you! From the time of booking until we got home again our host was amazing!!If anything this home has been under promoted with what it has.Although the maps show it as being up a side road it is on the main road so very easy to find. Walk across the road to the Lagoon that a neighboring resort uses as one of it's sales pitches-but you get exactly the same beach as them.The home is spacious with all of the amenities-dishwasher,washing machine,dryer, satelitte tv (your own membership). All rooms have a ceiling fan and air conditioner (and all work-unlike some resort rooms).The kitchen is fully stocked-coffee machine and frother(small nespresso type caps) nutribullet whizz, muffin trays, cake tins etc. We did not want for anything.The water throughout the house is filtered so drinkable. The large fridge/freezer makes ice.Then there is the outdoor area!!This has been done so cleverly- Gorgeous pool with a step/lip for children to be able to get out of the whole pool-deep enough for adults. Great bbq. Large table and sun chairs.We spent hours out in this area. It is private with high security fencing and lighting.Mutiple life jackets, snorkling gear, kayaks and SUP's.Serviced daily. Our host kept us informed daily of anything happening on the island or recommendations for restaurants-she was fantastic-even delivered fruit platters to us mid holiday (no cost). Highly recommend

A Restaurant and Takeaway is available next door as well as a small bakery.
A 24hr supermarket is a 5 minute drive from the villa with another convenience shop 1min drive or a 20min walk from the villa.
