The place is very clean and stocked with anything you may need. The host is very accommodating and friendly. The cabin itself i one of the most inviting places Ive rented. The snowmobile trail access is just down the road. You can see it from the end of the driveway. Rented for a yearly guys snowmobiling get-away and everyone there said they would rent this place again.

The lodge exceeded our expectations. A super clean home tastefully decorated as a northern lodge. The furnishings are high quality and comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen is provided. There are plenty of towels in the bathrooms. And all the beds are comfortable. Larry is very kind and responded fast to all my questions. We plan to return for another visit.

Our stay at Hillbilly Lodge in Wabeno completely surpassed every expectation we had! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The location is perfect, and the lodge is packed with all the amenities you could ever ask for—they’ve truly thought of everything.Communication was top-notch, and I can’t say enough about the owner, Larry. He is absolutely fantastic, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We are so appreciative and thankful for the hospitality. I highly encourage everyone to stay here! We just concluded the most amazing, restorative break at Larry's beautiful home. The moment we walked in, we could feel the incredible love and thought that went into designing and building this space—it truly has everything you could need and more. It was the perfect escape from a crazy work week.The home is immaculate, wonderfully equipped, and simply a joy to spend time in. The surrounding area was absolutely stunning, and we were lucky enough to catch the beautiful fall colors right outside.Larry, thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We treated it with care because it's clear how much care you put into it. We can't recommend this property highly enough and hope to return again soon!
