The main floor has a spacious living room, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a coffee nook, dining table and a balcony. Living room couch turns into a queen bed.

Level 2 walkout basement has a fireplace, wfh space(a table and a massage chair), 1 additional bedroom and another bedroom space with pull out beds that can sleep 2. The space opens up to a stunning walkout that leads directly to the backyard and the waterfront, perfect for taking in the views.

1. Relax and enjoy the view, sunrise or sunset right from the property.
2. Launch your own boat for water sports.
3. Bring your own Kayaks, Canoe or Boats and explore Hay Bay.
4. Huge space in the front yard and back yard of the property where kids can run around and play. Families can gather around as well!
