ST-2020-0253 Located on the breathtaking waterway of Long Reach , Bay of Quinte, this Cottage has all the amenities of Home and Cottage. Just 11 minutes from the 401 to The County and you'll arrive at our spacious piece of paradise.
This location allows you to relax from the hustle and bustle of busy life allowing you to enjoy cottage life style or make your way to the wonderful wineries, breweries, restaurants and shops that Prince Edward County has to offer with Three Dog Winery just 5 minutes away and Sandbanks Provincial Park 30 mins away.
> Enjoy your day swimming or taking either the canoe or a kayak for a ride down the shoreline. We supply one canoe and 4 kayaks with your stay. If you enjoy fishing , we are where it's at for catching walleye and bass! Want to spend a day at the beach... we also provide a Provincial Park Day Pass during your stay with us. Bring your bikes to tour the County while visiting breweries and wineries and the Millennium trail . If a winter getaway is what your after, take time to cozy up by the fire at the cottage after a day of cross country skiing or ice fishing, or just relax with a good book for some downtime.

> This open concept loft cottage features central air and heat, a full kitchen, stove, fridge, microwave & table for 6. Bathroom with stand up shower, family room with propane fireplace and large screen TV and free WIFI. The loft has 2 queen beds that are separated by a divider wall and a sitting/lounge area on the landing with a pull out single bed.
>Outside, our large concrete patio is just steps from the Bay, enjoy your morning coffee in the Adirondack chairs while you watch the sun rise .Want to chill with a good book, our hammock by the water is a favorite for many. Propane BBQ for all your grilling needs is there as well as a large picnic table to enjoy your outdoor eating experience.
> Linens and Pillows are provided.
> Cottage bath towels are provided (2 sets per person for a weekly rental) DO NOT take these outside
> Bring your own beach towels
> Advisable to Bring your own life jackets, we do have a few but can't guarantee they'll fit you properly
> Games, indoor (cards, cribbage, board games) and outdoor (bean bag toss, Bocce ball, croquet set, cornhole)
> Kitchen is equipped with coffee maker & cone filters. Essential spices and many extra kitchen supplies for those who enjoy cooking.
> NO washer or dryer at the cottage: great facilities at Picton Laundry Co in McDonald's Plaza.
> We provide dish soap, scrub brushes, liquid hand soap, body wash, shampoo & conditioner.
> Children coming... we have a high chair, booster seat, and playpen available upon request
>Cottage is on a well and water is drinkable but feel free to bring your own water if you prefer
> Check in 4PM; Check out 11AM
> High Season (June 28-Aug 30.) WEEKLY RENTALS Preferably

> We live on this 4 acre property and are available as needed. Our home is ample distance away from the cottage to give you privacy. The waterfront access to the boat ramp and dock is shared with us the owners.
> The Bay of Quinte waterway connects to Lake Ontario just a short boat ride toward the Glenora Ferry. Leave from our dock and enjoy a little cruise to Belleville, Trenton, Nappanee or Picton which all have docks to stop for a picnic or head to a restaurant. Our privately owned boat ramp and 50 foot dock has excellent water depth and is right by the cottage (boat hoist available for a fee).
