Views, views and views, what else needs to be said. Very clean and comfortable interior . easy check in and check out. Bummer about the lazy river not working. But the pools were great

Those views really do steal the show! We’re glad you found the condo clean and comfortable and enjoyed a seamless check-in and check-out experience. While the lazy river is managed and maintained by the HOA and was unfortunately unavailable during your visit, we’re happy the pools were still a highlight. Thank you for choosing Saltwater Grande—we hope to welcome you back!

It was lovely. There was a broken rocker on the balcony and we couldn’t find a dust pan in order to sweep up Lucky Charms cereal that my grandson spilled! Having all the tvs was great but every one covered up the bedroom mirror — we could have used a floor length mirror. We’re already to come back next fall!

We’re so pleased to hear you had a lovely stay and are already looking forward to returning next fall! We also truly appreciate the helpful feedback. We’ll be sure to address the broken balcony rocker and missing dustpan, and we appreciate your suggestion regarding a full-length mirror—it’s thoughtful details like these that help us continue refining the guest experience. It was a pleasure having you and your family, and we look forward to helping make your next beach getaway just as memorable!

Very nice ocean front condo. Was clean except for ceiling fans. Only complaint is check in and check out times.when you have to check out at 10AM hardly have time to get up and out. Also since check in at 4PM or after and check out at 10AM, it is like you are paying for days you don't get to enjoy.

We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful oceanfront condo and appreciated its cleanliness overall. Thank you for bringing the ceiling fans to our attention—we'll be sure to share that feedback with our housekeeping team so it can be addressed. We also understand your comments regarding our check-in and check-out times. These times are in place to allow our housekeeping and maintenance teams enough time to thoroughly prepare each home to the high standards our guests expect. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for another enjoyable stay with Saltwater Grande.
