Welcome to "Ocean Mile H-8"! This beachfront townhome features two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The living area features comfortable seating, TV, and direct access to a beach front balcony. The kitchen is well stocked, equipped with stainless appliances, a breakfast bar that seats 5 and a kitchen table that seats 4. A half bath can be found directly off of the kitchen. One bedroom features two twin beds. A neighboring bathroom features a walk-in shower. The master suite features a king bed, en-suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
BEDS: 1 king, 2 twins, 1 sleeper sofa.
AMENITIES: Multiple TVs, updated kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless appliances, tile plank flooring throughout townhome, updated bathrooms, deck and balcony overlooking beach, community park-style grilling area, boardwalk to beach, concrete parking under unit.
