A tranquil location 8 km from the city. Wake to the sound of birdlife, views over the golf course and hills. Enjoy hiking and a nearby reservoir or take to city life with close transport connections. Private half house with own entry. Sitting area, deck, 2 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. All on one level with one half step to the deck entry. Close to shops and restaurants.

Separate private section of house offers living with kitchenette and deck area. 2 bedrooms, one ensuite and one bathroom. Lovely views of gardens from every room. Laundry shared with owner.

Guests have own entry to private space. Use of garden and parking. Laundry access by arrangement with owner.

Other things to note
Pets by arrangement. Owner has a small poodle dog in separate area. The grounds are not fenced but there is a fenced section if needed.
