This one bedroom studio located 10 km away from Brisbane CBD and 20 minutes drive from airport.

Safe location and walking distance to Coles supermarket bus station, fuel station and cafe.

The private entrance is at the back of the house with cozy patio to yourself. Street parking is in front of house is available.

There's a small kitchenette with induction and microwave. All necessary utensils are available with dishes.

Linen towels will be provided and of course tea and coffee on the house 😊

Great Location at Aspley

Very well appointed and large studio with a little garden to enjoy a cuppa. The location was perfect for ducking out for groceries and restaurants. We would recommend this property.

Magnificent

We had a wonderful, relaxing time. A nice quiet spot close to all the great eating spots. Beautiful walk to breakfast cafe and then similar walk in the other direction to a plethera of dinner restaurants. I recommend this place for those who want a quiet retreat.

Large suite in lovely suburb

The large suite was ample room for myself and small dog, the king bed was very comfortable and it had a side entrance and small patio at the rear of the attached house. A short 5 minute walk to cafes, restaurants, shopping centre, gym & service centre.

Great stay

My sister and I stayed here the night before an early flight. Finding the studio and checking in was easy and we had a yummy Thai dinner nearby. It was great value accommodation and while a sleep in that big comfy bed would have been great, it was an easy base from which to make our way to the airport from there very early the morning we left. Communication was also great. Will happily return. Cheers

Nice stay

The unit is at the rear of a private house and has a private balcony and is absolutely huge. The kingsize bed was very comfortable and there is plenty of lighting unlike most motel rooms. The only negative is that the garden along the path to the unit is overgrown and the entrance door requires painting, but this is only a maintainance issue. They also need to provide a bath mat as the tiles are slippery when wet. It is well situated and within walking distance to restaurants. We half to say that Sankalp Indian Restaurant was excellent, so if you like Indian food it is a must.
