This property was absolutely gorgeous. Right on the water, beautiful wrap around porch, incredible kitchen, and plenty of parking. The host was wonderful and offered early check in which we loved. The property was well appointed with tons of games and even canoes/kayaks/cornhole. My only con at all would be the cleanliness of the property. There was still trash from previous guests in some of the bathroom trashes, the floors quickly turned your bare feet black with dirt, and there were THICK cobwebs that resembled Halloween decorations all over the windows and ceilings. I get that bugs are part of being on the water but this house could use a spray and good cleaning, as every morning we would begin by picking up about 10 dead moths in the kitchen and living room. I would ABSOLUTELY suggest that you book this property and I would just suggest some deeper cleaning by the host before each check in.

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
This place was filthy. The place seemed clean at first glance but after a few minutes we found that the fridge, patio floor, patio furniture, window were filthy. We saw many cobwebs inside the house and on the patio. The dock should have been power washed once a month. There was no shower soap or shampoo available. The kitchen was not well stocked. We trusted Vrbo because we rented a house in Broken Bow back in March. You guys exceeded our expectations. This place should be removed from your listing. We were extremely disappointed.
The home and property was very nice and was a very convenient location. The only issue we had was the lack of cleanliness. It appeared the cleaning was rushed. Floors and showers had dirt and hair in them that was definitely not ours because we had just arrived. The spider webs inside and outside of the home should be addressed as well. Besides that we had a wonderful time!
