Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Close and lock all doors before you leave.
Linens & Towels:
Leave all bedding on the beds.
Remove only used bath towels, and place them on the floor
Trash:
Bag all trash and place it in the bins located on the side of the house or in the garage.

Let us know about any damage or special cleaning needs before you check out.

Ensure all patio umbrellas are properly closed and secured.
