Although Windsor Cay's resort amenities are currently under construction, you will be able to enjoy the fantastic clubhouse and resort-style pool over at Windsor Island Resort! Located near theme parks and water parks, this townhome provides a tremendous base for your Florida vacation. With a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas, and family-friendly features, it's the ideal getaway for making lasting memories.



The Space:

Welcome to your spacious family retreat at 1177 Blue Island Drive! This impressive townhome boasts five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed for comfort and relaxation. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, offering a private sanctuary. Bedrooms 2 and 3 also provide king-size beds, perfect for couples or guests. Bedrooms 4 and 5 offer a flexible layout, featuring a double bed and a single bed in each, making them ideal for families with children. There are four full bathrooms, providing convenience and privacy for all guests. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for meal preparation, featuring modern appliances such as a dishwasher and refrigerator. Gather in the comfortable living areas, designed for quality time together. Step outside to your private pool, perfect for a refreshing swim, and take in the outdoor seating area. The home is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi for your comfort. You'll find all the amenities you need for a memorable vacation, including linens and towels, as well as a washer and dryer.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire townhome, including all five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable living areas. Step outside to enjoy your private pool and outdoor seating area, perfect for relaxation and family fun.

While the immediate area is primarily residential, you're perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of Central Florida. The property is conveniently located near a variety of dining options to suit every taste. You'll find everything from casual eateries to family-friendly restaurants a short drive away. For those who love to shop, a selection of stores and shopping centers is also within easy reach. But the real draw is the proximity to world-famous theme parks and water parks, making this townhome an ideal launchpad for unforgettable adventures. While specific walking distances aren't readily available, you'll find that most attractions and amenities are easily accessible by car, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable vacation experience.



Getting Around:

Getting around 1177 Blue Island Drive is easy, although having a car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. Free parking is available on the premises, providing convenient access for your family and guests. For those arriving by air, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately a 35-45 minute drive away. Public transportation options are limited in this area, with ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft readily available for convenient travel to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping centers. Explore the theme parks and water parks with ease, knowing you have a comfortable home base with ample parking to return to after a day of fun.



Other Things to Note:

Please note: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Parking is available on the premises and on the street at no additional cost. This property is family-friendly and suitable for children and infants. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during evening hours. The private pool is for your exclusive use; please supervise children at all times. Resort amenities, including the communal pool and gym, are available for your enjoyment. We are committed to enhanced cleaning practices for your safety and comfort. *** The pool is heated to 86°F. For health and safety reasons, we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86°F. Thank you for your understanding. Just to clarify, the pool and the SPA share the same water temperature, as they are both heated by the same system. We understand that 'SPA' can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it's a relaxing area with warm water, devoid of hydromassage jets. If you have any questions or need anything else, we’re here to help!"



POOL AND SPA HEATER (if applicable):

The SPA is not a hot tub. The SPA is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system. The pool heater is required to heat both areas and there is an additional fee. Please note: Not all properties have a SPA. This information applies only to homes that include a SPA feature.

The heater can take up to 24 to 48 hours to fully heat the water and will be turned on once the payment has been processed. Please make sure to request pool heating at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

The pool is heated to 86°F. For health and safety reasons, we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86°F.

Just to clarify, the pool and SPA share the same water temperature since they operate on the same system. We understand that “SPA” can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it is a warm water area without hydromassage jets.



Important Notes:

•⁠ ⁠Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool heater refunds, even in the event of any possible issue, due to the short duration of the stay.

•⁠ ⁠During periods of extreme cold temperatures (approximately 32°F–40°F), the pool heater will continue working to maintain the set temperature; however, the water may still feel colder. This is due to external weather conditions and heat loss caused by low outdoor temperatures, on this circumstance the water temperature will only warm 20 degrees more than the outside temperature.

These weather-related conditions are not considered a malfunction of the pool heater and therefore do not qualify for a refund.



AMENITIES:

* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available before your check-in.

* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).

* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.

* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.

* Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE:

We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.
