Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Host is very quick to respond, we decided to stay an extra night and they were able to accommodate us immediately. Location was great! Walmart and many restaurants are right up the road. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

House was clean and in a good location for us. The week we were there, the pool was closed, which was disappointing. The family room was too small for all of us to be comfortable and the television was too small. Plenty of kitchenware and it was nice to be able to park in the garage. The property manager was extremely responsive when we had difficulty getting in the first night. The house is in need of a decorating refresh, but it was very clean.

So happy you found the home clean and well stocked and you were able to utilize the garage for secure parking. We were unaware of the pool closure as there was an apparent delay in the project's start date. Thank you for the feedback on the family room and TV size. Most consider the 40" adequate and the Master bedroom TV is much larger. We continue to add new things to make the house more attractive, up-to-date and comfortable while trying to keep the nightly rate so affordable.

First, the hosts were AMAZING! We had a little issue with the dryer turning on. They had maintenance there the next day! We had a family emergency and had to leave early. They made things so smooth and were incredibly compassionate. They answered questions quickly and were so helpful. The home was spotless and comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was so convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could have needed. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of very soft towels. I wish we could have stayed for our entire planned trip. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The house was very clean and well equipped with everything. Terrie, the host, was very communicative throughout our stay with any questions I had and so easily reachable. We had a great and even got to enjoy the Disney fireworks show from the back porch.

Our extended stay was excellent. Terrie and her sister assured everything was perfect before and after our arrival. They also kindly accommodated us when we had to arrive early due to a pending snowstorm we needed to travel ahead of. They were available on a moment's notice when questions arose. The location of the home is convenient (we saw three rocket launches from the back porch and caught a glimpse of the Disney fireworks at 9pm each evening), the gated neighborhood felt safe, and the home was a nice size for a five week stay with our cat (no pet fee!). While an unusual thing to comment on, we really appreciated the solid water pressure, it was fantastic for taking showers, doing laundry, and washing dishes. All appliances were in exceptional working order (most like new). We had some very cold days when we were there and were pleased that the heating system worked equally as well as the AC (which is not always the case in FL). The home was exactly as pictured and while we didn't get to use the pool given the chilly temps, it was also a lovely space. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens were in like-new condition. We can't thank the owners enough and highly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay

Lovely property, beautiful neighborhood close to all the big Orlando attractions. Owners very responsive. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this home, the owner was very friendly and accommodating and her home truly felt like home away from home. It was conveniently located and we enjoyed that there were no rear neighbors as well. We will definitely have to stay again another time!

The Best

This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was even nicer than expected. The decor was very nice, the kitchen had everything you need to make cooking easy, the bathrooms had lovely thick towels and the beds were comfy. It was wonderful to sit on the screened in porch with its big grassy open area as the view. We would definitely stay again.

The house was great

We stayed for one week. The house was great in a great location of Clermont, Fl. Everything was as listed on VRBO. The owner was always helpful with any questions that we had. We had a minor issue with the AC/heat but that was quickly addressed. We would stay at this house again in the future.

We were blessed to have found a safe haven during Hurricane Milton. The home gave us a positive energy and peace of mind. Super clean home with everything you need “move-in” ready. The owner was very kind and checked on us to make sure that we were safe. There was an array of keurig coffee selections and a gas stove cooktop which made a perfect hideout for our stay. A new Publix and MacDonalds were half a mile away. Disney is close by so if you prefer to stay away from hotel chains, this is a lovely home to stay.

Appreciated that the host was very proactive about ensuring smooth check-in and also afterward pursuing constructive feedback. Enjoyed the overall setup, everything you really need is there in terms of toiletries, kitchen towels etc. Love that there are so many guest towels available, no way you'll really run out. I thought the two additional bedrooms were so cute, the natural lighting in there is great with the color themes they picked. The washer and dryer is also a big plus, although we ended up not needing to use them. If security is a big ticket item for you, you will appreciate the cameras securing both the front and back entrance and also the ID scan all visitors go through at the main gate. Certainly a family friendly, safe neighborhood. Clean up crew could have been a little more thorough. The view from the back porch is a highway and a power plant, so not quite a resort but very reasonably priced and still a great access point for many of Orlando's most popular places.

GREAT STAY-GREAT HOST

This house was exactly as represented on the website. The host was very workable from booking to checking out. The little extra touches like the candy bowl, coffee assortment, and toiletries made it extra nice. This house was large enough for my family of four (with 2 teens) and yet not so large we got lost. The house is located in a gated community and we had trouble at first with our names on the list, but it was smoothed out immediately by the host and was as easy as showing our license each time we came home. I really appreciated this house and this host and would recommend them highly. Thank you for the use of your home and all you did to make our stay special.

The host was great to work with and the property was clean and stocked with everything you need for making our stay feel like being at home. We’ve been exploring areas in Central Florida, thinking about retirement. The area is growing fast so there were restaurants and grocery stores nearby. From the screened-in lanai, you can see Magic Kingdom fireworks from a distance; however, the back roads aren’t all finished which does lead to 35-50 minute drives to the theme parks with Universal being the farthest drive. This was the only inconvenience, but for the price and the property itself, you can’t go wrong for a great stay. Also, this was the first time we took our dog on a vacation with us and this place worked for us. Definitely a great property and very accommodating host!!!
