The bedroom offers a peaceful haven with a 1 King Split bed and ample storage, while the sleek kitchen and dining area make cooking and sharing meals effortless.
Large windows invite gentle breezes and natural light, creating a calming atmosphere throughout.
Thoughtful touches and contemporary amenities ensure a stay that’s both comfortable and memorable.
You have the entire apartment to yourself, but facilities are shared with residents and other guests.
CAR PARK ACCESS:
The parking garage is located next to Padre, with access from Hope Street, and the building entrance is located next to El Planta.

I will not be with you on the day of your arrival but I`m working closely with the Building Manager and their staff, Check-in will be done by the Reception Team at Ivy and Eve Apartments.
Upon arrival, please provide your Valid ID and your Confirmation Code from Airbnb for them to pull out your reservation. In case you need anything during your stay, please don`t hesitate to message me on Airbnb and I`ll do my best to attend to your needs.
