This house was perfect! It was clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pool was amazing! We have traveled to Cape Coral for several years and this was by far our favorite house we have stayed in. We would definitely stay here again!

The home was beautiful, spacious and extremely well appointed. Anything and everything we needed was available and we enjoyed all of the amenities. We cooked a variety of meals, even grilling on occasion. The hot tub was wonderful and we enjoyed the pool once the weather warmed up some. The location was very convenient to shopping and grocery runs and also felt very safe. We would absolutely rent here again if we come back to this area of Florida.

Love the spacious property which was very modern with all amenities provided. Even going to the beach there was deck chairs and a sun umbrella and a cool box to take. The Hoover at the property didn’t work but the management company provided another one when requested . The Fishing was excellent and the young boy in our party loved the fact that there were fishing rods available. Also the pool area was clean spacious the only criticism was we had a party of six and there were only four chairs and a table to eat lunch at we could’ve done with six chairs. There were plenty of pool toys and inflatables to use, which meant we didn’t have to spend money unnecessarily. The pool was warm and the spa was enjoyable too.There were plenty of towels and bedding at the property. Nikki was our property manager and was attentive when required. Great holiday we would definitely return.
