Could be better could be worse

I felt like the property needs a little more TLC. Hair was still left on the floors that were mopped into the corners of the floors. The garden tub didnt have a stopper that worked, cracks in the tile that wasnt really fixed correctly, one of the kayaks looked to broken down to be used, rust in one of the tubs, as well as a few other things. The AC worked great and the property manager was good about helping with the wifi and jacuzzi when we were not able to get it to work. We had a good trip just expecting the house to be in a little better condition for what we paid.

Loved it!

The house was beautiful and stocked with a cooler and beach chairs, along with pool toys, sand toys, high chair and pack and play. They even had a gate to block off the stairs. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out if they wanted. We watched the March Madness games poolside, which was amazing. Dwayne, the property manager is so friendly and answered any question we had. We loved the pool and hot tub. The kayaks were fun to use during down time and some fish were caught from dock. It’s a beautiful property in a nice area and we’d definitely stay again. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality!

Fantastic stay

The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool was perfect size for our family of 10. The hot tub was perfect. We caught fish right off the dock and were able to kayak right from the backyard. It was a great area. We would recommend this home to anyone and would love to come back again!

The property was great for large families! The kids loved the pool! They also fished off the dock which was a great time for them! Overall great stay!

Perfect getaway

This place is amazing, Dwayne the property manager is A and responded immediately to the minor issues we had with the pool and clothes washer. House was perfect for our large group of 14 and still had lots of room to spread out. Fishing off the dock was not amazing but there were lots of fish fish swimming around for they kids to watch.

Perfect for Us

This is a beautiful, spacious home. Loved the open concept and the dining table that seated 10. Family enjoyed fishing off the dock and use of the heated pool and hot tub. Nice large gas grill. Nice neighborhood within a couple miles of main routes to stores and activities. I would recommend this home, especially if you have a larger group. We had 11 and never felt crowded. Dwayne responded quickly when needed to make our staff great!

Wonderful family vacation

As a family of 14 we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool and the hot tub were a hit with the kids. We rented a boat and it was very convenient to dock it at the home. Thanks for hosting us!

The perfect getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. The home is absolutely gorgeous. The kids had plenty of room and pretty much stayed in the pool the whole time. Actually, we loved it so much we’ve already decided we will be back soon enough. We can’t wait to come back!

Family getaway

The house still showed some of the damage from the previous storms but all in all we were very satisfied. The kids loved the pool and spa as did the adults. Only problem we had was agreeing on what temperature to keep the house. Only having one control for the whole house meant some were hot and some were cool.

Perfect for our family of 12!

Plenty of space for all of us - ages infant to 74! Kitchen was well stocked but - being on vaca - almost all meals were while we were out. The pool and hot tub were great and easy to maintain/control the temp. Kayaks were provided but not very easy to launch. Property manager was extremely helpful, both thru emails before we arrived and on site after we were there.

Great hiuse

This house was perfect for my family. The bedrooms are spaced out nicely to give everyone their privacy. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need to whip up a meal. TVs in all of the bedrooms were great to have to wind down before heading to bed. The pool & hot tub are amazing. I spent a lot of time in the loungers that are sitting in the shallow end of the pool. The kayaks, beach furniture and cooler are great added amenities. The sunsets off the dock were absolutely amazing!! Dwayne was in communication with me through the whole process and answered all the questions I had about the house. Definitely a 5 out of 5 stars house. We will definitely rent this house again if we return to the Cape Coral region.

Winter escape

We’re a group of siblings and spouses escaping cold winters. The house was big enough for the 8 of us to spread out. Loved the pool and hot tub. It was a nice place to hang out. Beautiful place

Perfect house

This house was perfect. Although we were on a work trip we could come home and jump in the pool, hot tub, grill out and hang out, then spread out and have plenty of space.
