You are steps away from the beautiful beach and just a short walk to the iconic Sanibel Lighthouse. Nature makes up approximately 70% of the island's acreage, the beaches are not crowded so tourists can enjoy the best of both worlds. Enjoy biking or walking on island's 23 miles of hill-free bike trails, swim in the pool or the Gulf, and comb the beach for shells. Our Lighthouse condo (unit 208) was completely renovated following Hurricane Ian - it's a completely new unit and only open since July 2025.
