This large condo (1800 sq. feet) is in the highly sought after Lighthouse Resort and Club located on Sanibel's East End. The Lighthouse Resort s a beautiful beach front property with bay views from the balcony of unit 107. Unit 107 also overlooks the lagoon where the birds come to nest in the evening. You are steps away from the beautiful beach and just a short walk to the iconic Sanibel Lighthouse. Nature makes up approximately 70% of the island's acreage, the beaches are not crowded so tourists can enjoy the best of both worlds. Enjoy biking or walking on island's 23 miles of hill-free bike trails, swim in the pool or the Gulf, and comb the beach for shells. Our Lighthouse condo (unit 107) was completely renovated following Hurricane Ian - it's a completely new unit and only open since July 2025. The décor is coastal inspired and there is an abundance of natural light. The open concept layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area and kitchen creating an ideal space for entertaining family and friends. The kitchen is well appointed with modern appliances, sleek countertops and ample cabinet space. The master suite is large with a comfortable king sized bed, plush linens and a private en suite bathroom. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy the view. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ample closet space. The den offers a pull out couch for a third private area. The second full bathroom is conveniently located adjacent to the guest bedroom. The laundry room located in the unit, has a washer and dryer, beach towels and ironing equipment. You can enjoy your meals in the dining room or on the screened in porch and if you would like some outdoor time, there are two balconies (one off the living room and one off the bedroom). The resort has a swimming pool with all new deck furniture, hot tub, barbeques, washrooms and tennis/pickle ball courts. Complimentary Wi-Fi and cable TV throughout the resort. The resort is 45 minutes from RSW airport in Fort Myers. Cancellation for a full refund is available 30 days prior to the start of the reservation. Minimum 7 night rental is required and check-in and check-out is Saturdays. The unit is NON-SMOKING. The resort is fully operational.
