This three-level retreat at Nest Doncaster includes a studio-style bedroom with queen bed, study desk, ensuite, and a sofa bed with TV, and laundry facilities. On the middle level, enjoy open-plan living with a Smart TV, dining for 7, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony perfect for coffee or evening drinks. The top floor features a master with ensuite, a second queen bedroom, an additional bathroom. Enjoy access to building amenities including pool and gym.

Our property is a townhouse located within The Nest apartment building. Guests can enjoy the best of both worlds — townhouse privacy with full access to building amenities.



You’ll have two convenient entry options:



1. Private street entrance directly into the townhouse.



2. Lift access via the apartment building.



The whole house is accessible to guests. Guests have access to all amenities, including the heated lap pool, gym, and rooftop terrace with BBQ facilities.



Onsite secure basement parking is included for two vehicles. Note: Height clearance for basement parking is 2.1m



◈ Paid Visitor Parking in basement, free for first 2 hours and then $4 for every hour thereafter with a maximum of $15 per day. Free street parking is also available.
