This contemporary, designed holiday house can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests, making it the perfect retreat for families or a group of close friends.
Inside there are three stunning bedrooms, each infused with natural light, fly screens and equipped with ceiling fans for a comfortable night's sleep. The bedrooms are meticulously arranged to inspire relaxation after a day of adventure. The roomy bathroom includes a bath/shower combo, toilet and single vanity.
The sparkling, fully equipped kitchen is fitted with quality appliances, including a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop and Nespresso pod coffee machine. The open-plan dining room and lounge includes a split-system air-conditioner and big screen Smart TV with unlimited Wi-Fi for cosy movie nights.
Outside, the home boasts a large, enclosed yard for sun-soaked afternoons, and an expansive back balcony complete with outdoor dining furniture and relaxing lounge furniture. The property provides secure parking for one car, boat parking, and additional off-street parking, giving guests ample space for their vehicles.
The house also includes an electric Weber BBQ, external laundry room downstairs complete with a top loader washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and two drying lines.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
