You have your own back yard with two private court yards giving you somewhere to relax and the kids somewhere to play. You have your own gas bbq and direct access to the tranquility of Tomaree National Park.
All the necessary requisites for the perfect holiday! Bring your own linen, tea towels, bath towels and beach towels and enjoy the best of both worlds at very competitive prices.
Rates are based on a minimum 7 night stay. Stays of less than 7 nights will be charged a flat rate of 75% of the weekly rate.

Greg was welcoming and importantly we found the property to be even better than it had been explained.This property is very well appointed - everything we needed was at our finger tips - even down to the bottle opener on the wall adjacent to the BBQ, a generously sized robust toaster and plenty of pillows, extra blankets and comfortable beds.
A cute little holiday home in a great location. We stayed and enjoyed a lovely family holiday, the location was good, the unit spacious and clean, great with our family of 5 adults.
Perfect stay for the perfect price. Very clean and tidy, with everything you need to enjoy some time away. The location is great, close to all amenities, some secluded beaches and the main beach if you're so inclined. Thanks for a great stay.
We loved staying at this hidden gem in shoal bay- it had everything we needed and was so central to everything Port Stephens has to offer! It was clean and quiet and my husband and our four children enjoyed bbqs in the courtyard overlooking the beautiful bush right at the back door. Would definitely stay again!

Great unit , very comfortable and very clean. Close to everything either walking or driving
Older style but kept in great condition. Full kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and clean bathroom, quiet location. Close to Shoal Bay shops and restaurants, a little up hill to walk home but not far . Love the area backing onto the national park and a short walk over to the beach

There was no one to welcome us just a musty smell opening the front door ...The unit was well furnished but there was nothing suplied like toilet paper , soap , dishwash liquid . The toilet seat was so old and the surface so very rough it needs to be replacedThe bathroom door was jambing, it could hardly be closed.The mattresses in the second bedroom were worn out therefore back unfriendly.( Kids might be ok.)The wardrobes were dusty and dust bunnies behind the master bed.The flyscreens of the windows had spiderwebs .The pavers on the terrace were covered in moss.But one big minus was the stairs that needed to be climbed for my disabled sister . Renting the ground floor unit i assumed it would have been easy entry .Also ...there was NO Wifi available in the unit.The building is situated on a steeper road but has nice views. Having the National park right behind the building allowed us to experience some nice wildlife like goanas , echidna and plenty of birds

Thank you for the prompt return of the keys. In reading your review I feel that we have a misunderstanding on what you were actually expecting to find in Adriana.
The unit is not a fully serviced unit; it is what is labelled as a self-contained unit. As such, and as fully explained on the website, those items that you have itemised as missing are not provided in such an offering.
To find these items and fully serviced accommodation you would need to rent in a place like The Ramada Country Club down on the waterfront or a designated Motel. In doing so, you would also need to specify that you wish to book a fully equipped disabled unit . Thank you for pointing out matters such as dust etc. I have referred these matters to the cleaner.
The guests both prior and subsequent to your booking also reviewed their stay, both giving a 10/10 review. In fact, one guest specified:
