Quiet Hours Policy

Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Strictly no entry or exit is permitted between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM. if you require us to relax this rule, please contact us prior to booking with a valid reason.

If you need an exception, please feel free to contact us in advance to talk about your situation. We’ll do our best to accommodate legitimate requests.

No pets allowed.

🧹 Cleanliness & Respect

Please treat the home with care as if it were your own.

Wash any dishes and place them in the drawers.

Dispose of garbage in the designated bins.

Report any damages or issues immediately so we can address them.

A check-in video is available from the host for your reference.

Please note that any damages to the property during your stay will be your responsibility and may result in charges.

Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the house.

Please make sure to secure the garden access door using both the wooden and metal stoppers.

Do not share entry codes or keys with anyone outside your reservation.

Free Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience.

We provide reused and washed towel(s) and a body wash and shampoo.

Please use electronics and appliances responsibly.

Turn off lights and AC/heating when not in use or when leaving the property.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, or other safety devices.

Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the property.
