On the main floor, you’ll find:
• Bedroom 1 with a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2 with a double bed and jack & jill bathroom - connected to the office.
• Bedroom 3 with a queen bed and private bathroom.
• A powder room for guests.
• A cozy living room with a Smart TV and comfy seating for movie nights.
• A fully stocked kitchen with high-end appliances, keurig coffee maker, pots and pans, a variety of spices, and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals.
• A breakfast and dining space.
On the upper level, you’ll find:
• A family room with a tv, foosball table, games and books.
• Bedroom 4 with 2 twin beds.
• Bedroom 5 with 1 double bed.
• One additional jack and jill bathroom.
All rooms are stocked with extra linens, bathrooms have fresh towels and toiletries for your stay. Extra towels are available in the double door closet on the main floor. The home is prepared so you don't have to pack extra - just come and enjoy!

It’s newly built neighbour's in Prince Edward county, which offers joyful life style, scenic view of Lake Ontario, and close by many beaches, millennium trail, golf course and win-yard, cafe shopping mall and all the big box stores within reach
What makes this property unique
It can comfortably host a group of 10 people it has a high ceiling on main floor tall windows and brings lots of natural light and an amazing view of lake Ontario beyond your imagination
