Meanwhile Woods is a private villa just a five-minute walk from the main gondola at Akakura Kanko Ski Resort, situated within Mount Myoko National Park. Set on a 500-square-meter property surrounded by natural forest, the villa offers stunning views of Mt. Myoko’s peaks. Despite its tranquil forest setting, it is conveniently located within walking distance of shops, ski rental services, onsen, restaurants, a bakery, and cafés—providing both peaceful seclusion and easy access to local amenities.
The villa is fully wheelchair-friendly, with easy access throughout. In winter, snowfall can exceed five meters, but regular snow clearing ensures safe entry and natural light.
Underfloor heating, a spacious bath, and open kitchen and living areas make the villa ideal for relaxing, cooking, and enjoying time together.
Guests are personally welcomed at check-in, with free pickup and drop-off at Myoko Kogen Station available. The highly experienced bilingual manager lives a short drive away to help you make the most of your stay.
Regular snow clearing will be done during reasonable daylight hours throughout the ski season, with timing coordinated with guests.
