This is a dog-friendly property; there is a $60 non-refundable per-pet fee (plus applicable taxes; limit of two dogs maximum). Dogs are allowed only if under 35 lbs. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick up after your pup. Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges.

4 Cars Maximum - 3 cars in the driveway (to the right) and 1 parking spot in the back of the house between the main house and ADU.
