Questa casa vacanze si trova a Seaside e vanta una posizione strategica vicino alla spiaggia. Historic Turnaround e Lewis and Clark Salt Works sono due dei più importanti punti di riferimento della zona. Per un po' di sano shopping, invece, è d'obbligo una tappa a Seaside Carousel Mall (centro commerciale) e Turnaround Market.
