Nice, clean four bedroom, two bathroom home, set back in a quiet court, less than 700m walk to Tyrone Foreshore and a mile to the Blairgowrie shops.
Please Note: Strictly NO SCHOOLIES groups. The house is suitable for mature adults or family groups.

HOUSE FEATURES:
Featuring an open plan living, dining space and a well-equipped kitchen. A second living area, allowing lots of space to relax. The place also has a great roofed alfresco area out the back, with ceiling fan, gas log heater, pull-down blinds and Weber BBQ. A nice fully fenced grassed backyard, suitable for children and pets* (by prior arrangement only).
Two bedrooms have ceiling fans, the other two have split systems.
With Tyrone Foreshore only a short 700m walk or drive away.
