Location, location. location! This fabulous three bedroom villa oozes an ambiance of salt, bush, wood and wicker. The only thing between your holiday villa and the beach is rolling green lawn!
The view, priceless. Less than a 100 metre walk to dip your toes into the sea.

Recently refurbished, all the mod cons of home including a coffee machine. Wake up, wander out onto the veranda and enjoy a view of the West Australian coast line at its best! Situated on a corner, a small fenced courtyard is perfect for kids, and in the right season, a smouldering fire pit and conversations long into the night to the sound of crashing waves.

Laze the afternoons away exploring natures playground on your doorstep. Unwind with a glass of your favourite beverage enjoying the most stunning sunsets. This hide away has it all.

Fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need, and more. Cook top and oven, microwave, and, did we mention the coffee machine? No early morning dashing out. It's all in hand. We've created the perfect vacation destination where you want to stay in.

Recently re-furbished with everything! Professionally furnished and styled. A home away from home. Comfy sofas to sink into complete with pillows and throws. Large flat screen TV. Small breakfast bar and dining suite with ample seating and plenty of room for more.

Well appointed bedrooms with reverse cycle ac's. Two spacious bedrooms fit for queens and a third configured with combination single over double bunk and one single. Families? Kids? Large groups. No problems. Ample storage, extra bedding, mood lighting and soft furnishing designed to soothe the soul.

A spa in the bathroom. Separate shower. Luxury towels. Candles. Separate toilet so no interruptions when nature of another kind calls and the sign reads clearly in use.

Full laundry facility, front loading washing machine and heat pump dryer for those who prefer to wash while they stay.

This residence never disappoints. It's attention to detail. The small things that count. Hats off, or on, surrounded by Mother Nature.
