This was a great house for a group wanting lots of beds. It was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. It is two blocks from main street, but not the part of main street with a lot of the businesses and shops.
I take my daughter, my two granddaughters and my sister for a week of fun and relaxation each summer. We try to find a spot with a fancy house, great shopping and eating spots and also a natural appeal as we enjoy being outside. It also has to be an area we feel safe in.
This wonderful property was perfect for our week away! We enjoyed every square inch of this fabulous house! I’m so thankful this family allows others to enjoy this property!
We were a group of 8 women. The house was in walking distance to coffee shops and antique shopping. We also loved walking the prayer garden at the church on the same block. The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable.
The home was beautiful and had so much space for the group to stay. Everything in the home worked very well and we loved how close everything was.
Thank you for the wonderful stay!
We stayed here during the holidays. It was close to downtown, which made it easy with small children. The house had plenty of room to spread out. The yard was fenced which made it nice for the kids to play! We would stay here again.
The house had plenty of space for sleeping and relaxing in groups and individually as our 2 families celebrated friendsgiving. The lot was great for yard games and smores by the fire pit. Conveniently located. The kitchen is a little tight if you like to group cook (as we do) but we made a delicious turkey dinner (2 turkeys side by side in the oven) for the holiday. HEB is a mile away (walkable if you have a short list!) Would definitely recommend.
Beautiful home with lots of room. This house was so comfortable and location was excellent. The beds were very comfortable too. We loved staying in this gorgeous historic home! Can’t wait to stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!
We really enjoyed our stay in this home, it has been beautifully redone! It was comfortable and close to everything we wanted to see and do in Fredericksburg. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
